Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Does my jewelry come with a warranty?
Every LORI-LORI piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
