At LORI-LORI Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original LORI-LORI gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
